Author Guidelines for Research-Based & Descriptive Articles

 These guidelines are designed to help authors prepare highquality, research-based and descriptive articles that meet the academic and editorial standards of Research Signpost. Please follow this structure to ensure clarity, consistency, and credibility in all submissions.

Writing Guidelines for Authors

 • Maintain a formal academic tone while ensuring clarity for an international audience

 • Avoid plagiarism; all work must be original and properly cited.

 • Support all claims with credible evidence, data, or citations. 

 • Use visuals (images, graphs) only when they enhance understanding and with      proper permissions. 

• Proofread thoroughly for grammar, spelling, and formatting before submission. 

Submission Checklist

• Manuscript follows the recommended structure.

• Abstract and keywords are included. 

• All figures and tables are labeled and referenced in text. 

• References are complete and in the correct style. 

• Permissions obtained for all third-party content. 

• Manuscript is in editable format (Word)
